Privacy Policy

Updated November 1, 2026. This notice covers SaladTosser.com, a food-and-humor website operated as Salad Tossers Club. Contact SaladTosser@wrhel.com about privacy, a correction, or information associated with you.

Information you choose to provide

The shirt launch waitlist collects an email address and records your signup consent, the time of submission, and the form source in a private WordPress list. It is used for the launch updates you requested. Signing up is optional, free, and not an order or payment authorization. Authorized site administrators can manage the list. Ask us to stop updates or remove your signup using the contact address above.

Earlier versions of the preview form stored an address only in the visitor’s browser and did not add it to the website’s waitlist. That older local entry is not proof of a server-side signup. You can clear this site’s stored browser data through your browser controls.

If you email us, the message, address and information you include are used to answer the request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents. Administrative accounts also use WordPress account information and authentication cookies. Where comments or other submissions are enabled, the submitted content and technical information may be processed for moderation and spam prevention.

Cookies, analytics and technical records

Hosting and security systems can process IP addresses, request times, browser information, errors and server logs. The waitlist uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Site administration and preferences can use cookies or browser storage.

The site uses Google Analytics through Site Kit and has Automattic’s Jetpack statistics integration. These services can process visit and interaction information. Read Google’s information about partner websites and Automattic’s privacy policy. Hosting and related services are provided through Hostinger; see its privacy information. Each provider has its own processing and retention practices.

YouTube, images and other external services

The theater displays YouTube thumbnails and offers embedded playback. Loading a thumbnail contacts its image provider; playing an embedded video contacts YouTube. The privacy-enhanced embed domain does not mean that no information reaches Google. External images, fonts, links and embedded content can also send technical request information to their providers. Their privacy practices apply when you use them.

The theater’s comparison choices and bowl-planning calculator run in your browser. Those tools do not have a submission step. General analytics or technical logs may still record page use.

Google advertising

Where Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on browsing activity. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and participating vendors’ choices at AboutAds. Opting out does not necessarily remove all ads. Advertising settings and required consent choices can affect which advertising is shown.

Storage, access and deletion requests

Waitlist entries are kept to manage requested updates unless you withdraw or request removal. Correspondence and operational records can remain where needed for support, security, accounting, disputes or other applicable obligations. Backups and providers’ records can have separate retention periods; we do not promise immediate deletion from every system.

Email us to request access, correction, removal or withdrawal from the waitlist. Include the relevant email address and enough context to locate the record. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. You can also manage cookies and stored site data in your browser; blocking them can affect some features.

Audience and changes

This is a humor brand with grown-up wordplay. The launch list is intended for adults. Do not submit another person’s address without permission. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted. We update this notice when the site’s information practices change; the date above identifies this version.
